Not knowing who started it for sure, my money would be on Hillary because she runs cut throat campaigns that are not successful (well, she was out to get Bernie Sanders and she did win the primary, but she beat herself more than Donald Trump beat her because she is a fricking idiot).
If Obama wasn't a natural born citizen do you not think his opponents would not have had proof of it published?
So they do the next best thing, make it up. His name and his father made him it easy for his opponents. I think he only met his dad once and didn't want anything to do with him.
Hillary couldn't beat a mixed dude who 1/3 of the country was convinced was a Muslim. And she couldn't beat a man who had a recording that came out a few weeks before the election saying "I grab em by the pussy".
