What are common things you regularly confuse or mixup?

I always get the bear vs bull terminology mixed up.

When I was a kid I mixed up "Oven" & "Stove".

Luckily I wasn't around Jewish folks much.

Every day vs everyday. I used to only use everyday, til someone on here pointed out my incorrect usage. I use them correctly now.

I also didn't realize complement was a word. I only knew compliment for both definitions. I'm not typically vocabulary ignorant; I don't know how that one slipped past me.
