They are pretty good. Ya just gotta remember not to over salt them and let them sauté in the fridge overnight. They are best served over rice, with a nice chardonnay. They are pretty hard to find out of season.

I talked to one in Melbourne. He was very dark and tall. He scared the kids but was nice.
