My pseudo version is a one on the sides and finger length on top.

The military version I believe is a zero on the side and finger length on top.

Can a marine correct me though?

I once knew a guy in basic training who wasn't quite 18 yet, already had two kids to support back home, and had a receding hairline almost to the crown of his head. He also suffered from migraines.
He could have had bad hair genes, I suppose.

I have been gaining hair since I was 40.

Unfortunately it is in my nose and ears.

I started seeing the receding hairline at around 30 and my gay barber told me to try rubbing castor oil in my scalp where it was balding.

I chit you not that, to this day, not only has my hair stopped receding, it has grown thicker.

Hell if I know? But I still use it almost daily.

Started losing mid 30’s. Shaved around 45. Once you shave it, you quit hearing all the comments about you going bald. No shite. Only people who look bad bald are the people trying to cover it up. Be done with it. I personally don’t miss it.

I will never go bald. 50 years old and the girl that cuts mine usually thins it out because it is so thick. My Dad is 81 and still has a full head of hair.

Older bro starting losing hair in high school. Younger bro started losing his in mid-late 20's. I still have a full beautiful head of hair, the kind dreams are made of. I got that good hair.
