Probably 80%-90%. I deal with a lot of stupid people for work. I offen wonder if the people above me think I'm also stupid thus increasing the percentage. But is me actually putting thought into that not stupid which nullifies their thought?

I'd say 85%, but that all depends on what you define as stupid. I think people who don't write out actual words, and instead use ur or u, are dumb. Probably 10-15% of the population are functional retards. Some people might think inner city people who abuse all of the government programs are dumb, but guess who has your money.
I am good at everything except reading comprehension, so some people might think that makes me dumb.

I'm seeing that the world population is estimated to be 7.2 billion. So I would represent (1/7,200,000,000)*100 percent of the world population or ~1.38 e-8 %. The rest of the world population is then 99.9999999861111111111.....% of the population. Therefore 99.999999986111111111......% of the population is stupid.

Use bell curve to determine. There are many who fall within the bottom half of what is considered normal for overall intelligence (mean = 100). The closer to 90 they get, the more fall off in a number of functions you will see.
