There are plenty of black on black mass shootings but the media and the world didn't really give a flying frick when they be do happen. The media only cares about mass shootings if a white is involved with it in some way, either perp or victim. Just the reality as media don't care about blacks in news. Otherwise we always would be hearing about these black shootings every week from shite holes like Detroit or New Orleans for example.

Liberals really screwed themselves in their gun control argument because they changed the definition of "mass shooting" to pump the numbers way up but all it did was show that almost all of these shootings are black on black gang violence or black on black violence in general when they claimed mass shootings were all white males in schools
You used to never hear about any of these "mass shootings" because they didn't fit the white man bad narrative but now every day the news is pushing the newest "mass shooting" which have always happened but nobody used to care because it was just black idiots killing other blacks

Most black-on-black mass shootings aren't reported due to them not meeting the narrative or too common.
If you are talking about "four" or more shot, this probably happens five times a week in Chicago

If you stay strictly to the definition, it's very high.
For some reason, the media overlooks the definition when referring to gang related shootings.

There's been one true school shooting in the state of Georgia (the way that the public thinks of them // kid goes in school during the school day and opens fire) in Everytowns Reseach's database, which dates back to 2015. The rest are domestic shootings on college campuses and shootings after ballgames and drug deals gone wrong in parking lots after school.
In terms of school shootings in the way that people think of them, there's been an average of about 20-25 deaths per year. Although that's 20-25 too many, it's still a very weak "whatabout" when it comes to the problem of black men temporarily losing their minds and firing indiscrimiately, which happens every weekend in the south.

I don't like it when black folks shoot each other around here. I live here too. I want to see black men do better. Just like 90-whatever percent of white people who aren't bigots like you.

I find it funny how Crocketts district had the same school have a shooting a year apart, and it faded like a fart in the wind. She still out their saying honkeys are the most dangerous people in this nation.
