The problem is that they cater to the lowest common denominator of the voting population.
Democrats absolutely abuse their voting bloc. Those in power (except a handful of women) know their ideology is BS, but the rank and file are retarded.
Anyone believing in critical theory is an idiot.

Umm. Maybe the most wealthy. Maybe the ones with the most liberal arts degrees.
Trump carried the college educated vote in 2016, he did not in 2020.
So, it means very little.

Democrats are smarter than yall think.
That's the thing the right often misses.
Leftist ideas are dangerous and damaging to the country, but democrats are much better politicians and play the game on a different level.
No different than a batshit, crazy woman who somehow seems to make her point by just babbling nonsense. It's like voodoo.

Democrats use threats of violence and threats of canceling a company to get what they want.
Most Democrats are not "educated" regardless of how much formal training they have received. Accepting critical theory as fact is one of the best litmus tests you'll find for weeding out those who simply do what they are told.

Fact. Most with generational wealth.
The people who worked for their money are less likely to vote Democrat, until you get to the blue collar union types..

The wealthiest cohort in just about every metropolitan area above 150k leans Right. You being an ignorant, poorly educated and dishonest hack would know seeing as you never progress beyond first page search engine results.

I’m not sure exactly what’s going on here, but the Brewbachers Drusilla location opened up after the shut down, and things were hopping again, and then all of a sudden, the other day I go by and a sign is on the door saying they are closed for Covid again.
I have to imagine has a lot less to do with an actual Coronavirus as it does a lack of workers virus to cover shifts that’s infecting the place, as it is with many others of the like. It’s ridiculous.

Sounds logical. But the democrats defy logic daily.
They will tell you that there's no way that the government giving people tax payer money is why employers can't find employees.
Haha, what a joke. They defy logic to defend their political masters. Clowns, the lot of them.

Just don’t blame Dementia Joe for this. He said that paying people more money to stay home has nothing to do with the labor shortage

I’ll tell you what. When all this bullshite is finally over and everyone comes to the realization that their quality of life has become hot garbage and we can no longer afford this bullshite, and these numb skulls start looking for work again, employers really should grill people over the long time period of unaccounted work history on their resumes and applications.
When the music stops and they all of a sudden can’t find a chair to plant their arse in and have to go get a job again, I would personally not hire them, or they’d be on the arse end of the list at the very least. They’d have to have a pretty strong argument for their lack of work history over the past year for me to even consider them because that pretty much tells me everything I need to know about them and their character.

Do any companies which are not in federally regulated industries do this?
We don't get drug tested and we are federally regulated and have government clients

“Educated”
Someone’s sociology PhD doesn’t mean shite to me with regards to their opinion in politics, in fact if anything it makes me scrutinize their opinions more because I know there’sa high probability they were formed in the halls of theoretical academia instead of reality.
Want a good example of one of the “educated wealthy elites” who vote Democrat? Look no further than Dr. Christine Blasay Ford. That is *the* archetype of your cosmopolitan educated democrat voter.

DOT regulated, I should have been more specific.

"I drove for doordash until last week. I'm now looking for more stable employment."
I don't get why you think people that have been abusing unemployment benefits won't just lie their asses off when necessary.
This is assuming that these people are causing the labor shortage, which is a baseless claim fueled by emotions.

Pre-hiring testing and reasonable suspicion.
OSHA made changes to the random drug testing requirements a few years back.

So, to my point, if they want to blame someone for drug testing, more than likely the finger needs to be pointed at government.

How does literally no one consider that, hmm, 90% of the restaurant industry getting laid off last year might make them reconsider their employment in that field.
If 90% of oilfield baws had to sit on their arse for a year because the oilfields were banned from being drilled, wouldn't a good chunk of them start shifting to another industry that allowed them to work?
But we're supposed to believe dishwashers and waiters wouldn't do the same?
