Becca's stylist seriously needs to be fired. Especially for all the overly sparkly shite she wears at night.

She always looks like a hooker that was given a $1000 gift card to Charming Charlie.

She's a very pretty girl with a really cute figure. Even more so why her stylist should be fired. They pick her clothes out for her.

Not really. She's your average run-of-the-mill Midwestern girl. Also kind of awkward and lanky.

This is a character issue. I will go above and beyond to address a competence issue, but I will spend zero time trying to fix a character issue. It's not worth the effort.

A valid driver's license is listed as a job requirement where I work, even though I haven't driven a company car in the 22 years I've worked there.

Apparently they really frown upon driving company trucks with a suspended license THREE YEARS AGO.

Breaking the law while operating a vehicle on the companies behalf..... Would be surprised if they didn't have policy covering this that you violated as well.....

Well yeah. You basically lied and I imagine the shite would have hit the fan if you were pulled over while on the job. Don't be angry at them, be angry at yourself.

Pretty much. It killed my dm to do this. I just had this store turned around. Sales goal, margin, freight spread. All on the upside.

So what if they found out he stole money from the company 3 yrs ago? Should they let it go because he's a good employee?

Is he really a good employee? Do good employees break the law, violate company policy and increase company risk exposure? What other things has he done that the company is unaware of that they should be concerned about?

Yeah...would fire you / not hire you too unless there was full disclosure with genuine contrition before getting caught. If you'll do this then you'll do other shady shite.

All this stemmed from a dui I got because someone knocked off my mirror and I was driving home after. All charges were dismissed after pti. (Personal vehicle)

Family is a DUI attorney (criminal defense) and gets a kick out of professional people who dont follow thru with the expungement because it costs extra. Basically, it wipes it off your record so basic inquiries on a license, like your company did, shows no record of the stop/arrest etc.

**vote to all, negotiate the expungement into the fee when paying a DUI attorney...when the date comes for the expungement, it's taken care of immediately...going back for expungement only will set you back 1500, minimum

OP, were you qualified for expungement? Why not get it done ASAP and ask them for leniency since it was mistakenly on your record. When they recheck, presto, it will be gone.

I’m getting it done now. At the time I just didn’t have the money. I was stupid. I should have done it a year ago.

Get a job for a while as a bouncer at the local strip club. Bang the talent and you will feel better. Then get a real job. One day you can tell your kids about these “hard times”

Sorry to hear. Originally I was not wholly sympathetic, but you are now my favorite TD'er as a result of your correct use of the word precedent!! Best of luck in your job search.

Do you really think that’s equivalent to what he actually did?
