damn that was a phenomenal pizza. Then later on in middle school they switched over to the circular Tony's pizzas that they served while it was still in the plastic wrap. Those were pretty fire too, but nothing compared to that square orange pizza.

I usually cut the with a knife so that it doesn't droop when I pick it up. After the tip is cut off I then pick it up and eat the rest by hand.

Folding pizza allows you to bite through without getting sauce, cheese and grease all over your face. But maybe you like all that shmutz on your face.

NY pizza is usually big pieces so you fold
Chicago pizza is deep dish so you use fork and knife. The sauce is on the top, meat in the middle, cheese on the bottom.
My wife if from Chicago and we just had some shipped here. No way I try to pick up a piece of that.

This guy knows. No one is out there folding deep dish. The slices are big enough NY style that folding makes sense.

And doesn't it defeat the purpose of thin pizza if you fold it. I lived up north and would just ask them to cut my pizza into more slices.
Fold also helps you drip off the grease without having to dab it with a napkin.

I fricking love pizza.
