Weird things people do- folding pizza

I've never understood why people up north fold their pizza, you don't see it happen down here very often. Its not as bad as eating a pizza with a fork and knife, but it does make me look at them funny as if they were from another planet

I spent most of last winter up in NJ and I asked them what this was about. They didn't understand what I meant. The best they could come up with is it keeps the toppings on (although, I swear all they eat is cheese pizza) and it is easier to eat like this while walking.
I also apparently insulted them by not understanding the big deal about pizza. They are fanatical about it. I pointed out that most people don't go out to a nice restaurant for pizza, it's just an average food.

I do it with large pieces, the idiots are the ones trying to fit that slice in their mouth just to spill cheese and sauce on themselves.
