NY-style pizza, at its best, is one of the simplest yet best things you will ever eat.

the dough should be FIRM, not floppy
but I guess you eat what you eat and don't know or care about the difference cuz it fills the belly

Folding pizza? Have you seen An Idiot Abroad? In one episode a dude folds his "tackle", then puts it behind his back and twirls it around a stick.

I fold my pizza on pretty large pieces that are pretty thin. I hate floppy slices of pizza.
