Except you are legally an adult at 17 in LA for a number of things. So that messes that up.

Etc etc. It's not the only day this had happened it's just the only day it's happened specifically with the 1900s and 2000s.
This was on Reddit earlier as adults born in 20th century and minors born in 21st, but there's someone alive who was born in 1900 which makes it the 19th century. Glad to see people changed it before reposting everywhere
