not sure why you are laughing....the drug is beneficial to about 99% of those that take it. if one is being honest, they should be able to admit that.

might not be perfect but its much better than the alternative

and frankyly 90%_ of the OT is fat as frick. the BMI threads prove that and everytime someone is in denial and post a picture...it sure as frick proves that.

But Ozempic is a magic. Lose weight easily with no repercussions.

well it is for about 99% of people

doesnt mean they shouldnt be doing minimum effective dosing and using lifestyle changes to get the majority of the results

but the drugs and the drugs in that class are magic and less than 1% have any severe issues

not like the drugs are new and they arent experimental either.

most of you are half fricking retards who have no clue how the medicine works...just that you dont like it because it is now making really fat people...less fat than you.

It’s crazy that these meds never had issues in the past when used for type2, just now that it’s being used for weight loss.

why the frick would mine be backed up? im not a fat frick like most of the ot nor do i use any type of glp-1.

understand how they can be a god send to someone and being able to rationally look at the % of people who get the sides, how their dosing schedule was etc doesnt mean Im the typical OT fat arse, anything but

but hey really hope you enjoy being the typical OT fatass who screams....imagine needing to take a drug to lose weight, while sitting on the couch being 40 lbs overweight.

good luck with that.

dude most of the OT thinks these are new drugs

but to be fair, people are using much higher dose than they were for type2.

The idea of taking a pill to lose weight is pretty sweet, but the small chance of being nauseated for the rest of my life because part of my small intestine is paralyzed or necrotic thanks to a weight loss drug is terrifiying. That is once dice I couldn’t roll.

I’ll stick to the gym.

Rimonabant was a drug they tried for weight loss in the late 80’s. People died.

It was an offshoot of the war on drugs as it was a total cannabinoid blocker (since pot causes the munchies they figured blocking would work for weight loss).

Turns out we have an endocannabinoid system for a reason: life as we know it.

no I meant wegovy and MJ are much higher doses than ozempic that was used for years for type 2.

i wish more would stick to much lower doses of MJ and use lifestyle interventions, but better than nothing

Are the side effects more widespread and destructive than diabetes and heart disease? If not it's still a net positive on a nationwide scale.

People taking these drugs severely decrease their food/caloric intake. Folks that are/were accustomed to eating crap foods in massive quantities for years on end and that crap passed through the digestive system and came out.

It's common sense when the quantity shite going in your body decreases then literally the shite coming out will decrease. And in cases it will lock down your digestive track and get blocked.

A physician or dietitian should be providing advice to patients using the drugs for weight loss. Take a pro-biotic, drink water, increase fiber, eat green leafy veg and get up off your arse a move/exercise while on these meds.

Over half the country, including a ton of guys on this board, are taking blood pressure meds, metformin, dick pills, and thousands of other prescription meds, but when it comes to a medication that directly treats the largest healthcare crisis in the country, suddenly everyone is all about "doing it the natural way."
