The helicopter noise should have been another context clue for her that she was dealing the police.

The cops did identify themselves more than once.
She will argue that she thought they were the criminals that the cops were looking for and didn’t hear them clearly when they identified themselves, and could only see their heads / shoulders maybe.
I really don’t know what to think of this one. Cops will say that they needed to clear her yard to make sure the criminal on the loose isn’t there, or that they weren’t sure if she was one of the suspects.
I don’t think a jury will find her guilty of attempted murder.

Yeah, right. I’ll believe it when I see video. Sorry, but I’m not going to take a bunch of cops word for it. They had plenty of time to get together and get their story straight after the cop mistakenly shot her.

The video is out and it does not help her. She has a screw loose. Attempted murder is ridiculous charge, but she did not act rationally.

UPDATE No jail time! I mean nobody goes to jail in this town so is it really surprising?
