I’ve wondered about weddings and feel bad for ppl that have one scheduled or are expected to be in one in next few weeks.

I feel worse for folks who lose a loved one and can't have but a few family and friends at the service to offer support.

Yea I cant imagine that. I wouldnt care about the wedding part at all other than it's going to crush my fiancee to move it.

I definitely feel for them. I cannot imagine having to deal with all this crap with a wedding coming up shortly.

How far is it? Reception indoors or out?

If outdoors, drop by and load up on free boos and a slab of prime rib and those tasty meatballs.

Then jet.

It would crush me more to have very few people attend. I'd reschedule in a heartbeat. That's me though.

Eh idk. I'm indifferent. It could be 20 people at the house after and I'd still have a great time. Wife, not so much. You dont frick with a womans wedding day.

I've convinced myself that if I havent already had this shite (I think I did) I'll get it eventually and shutting my life down wont make a lick of difference for me or anyone else. So I wish everyone shared the same attitude I do and we wouldnt have a crisis right now and I wouldnt be making this decision. But, they dont. My mom is about 99.9% sure everyone will die if we put more than 10 people in a room. It sucks.

It was 4/4. Didn’t want to take the chance of a possible enforced quarantine, etc. And we have older people & others with health issues we didn’t want to take the chance of being the vector for them getting sick. Of course, new date is in December so as not to interfere with football season. All our vendors were awesome & we aren’t losing any $$ on the change of date

Who is “Her”? And why can’t you ask the wedding party directly?
