Weather Manipulation Dates Back 100+ Years: And the Modern Day Attack On New Orleans

New Orleans is one of the last strongholds of unique culture in America, and the world for that matter.

Strongholds of culture conflict with the controllers vision for the future.

In 1915 Charles Hatfield promised to end a drought in San Diego.

He succeeded.

The time period is still the wettest in San Diego history.

In January of 1916 it rained over 30 inches in San Diego as a result of the 20 foot tower Hatfield built 20 miles outside the city where he released a chemical mixture that attracted clouds and brought rain.

It was more than 10 years earlier when Hatfield first experimented with weather manipulation.

quote:

By 1904, he was able to convince some of California’s water-starved ranchers and farmers that he could milk the skies by releasing a secret 23-chemical cocktail into the air from tall wooden towers perched on stilts.

Now take a trip down the HAARP rabbit hole, which is a verified weather manipulation system that could rather easily ignite and steer hurricanes. The inventor pleaded on his death bed for the technology to be destroyed.

You, New Orleans resident, are a victim of warfare.

Are you curious enough to investigate yourself?

Are you even mad?

Does this info conflict with your political leanings, or current understanding of the world?

Does that scare you?

Will you grow and learn, or pretend this isn't real?

Does anyone question the facts in the OP?

Because they're all verifiable and real.

It's open-information, non-conspiratorial.

For cajun culture, mostly.

For the beauty and power of that city and everything that has been created because of it.

I didn't make an argument.

I shared history, mainly.

Do you not believe the story about San Diego?

You’re telling me that over a hundred years ago some guy built a 23 foot tower and ended a drought with 30 inches of rain?

If they wanted NOLA wiped out, what the hell is taking them so damn long? According to you they could have done it in a month or two with some bullshite tower and hundred year old rain recipes.

Who exactly are the "controllers of the vision of the future" and why are they so against this supposed culture?

The San Diego story is real and not contested.

It's hidden under the rug of history for obvious reasons.

A man made it rain in 1915. That is likely shocking to most people.
