Have you considered that if it was the "most rain in recorded history" a skilled meteorologist might have suspected that rain was in the forecast?

If we're using those laws of logic, it's much more likely this was no coincidence as those records for rainfall still stand today.

It also wasn't the first time Hatfield made it rain for pay.

You're pretty uninformed on this and looking for whatever excuse can be made to avoid the pain of this realization.

I suggest spending some time looking at the history, or going on with life as if this kind of stuff isn't happening.

Doing it now and it's not looking good for your guy. Besides the fact that his 'weather machine' was hit-or-miss, contemporary weather experts claimed that the areas in which he claimed success were just small areas of documented larger storms.

I'm done with this one but keep falling for the okie doke.

Right on, brother.

Spends 5 mins looking for any reason why this wouldn't be true.

Calls it a day.

Puts thumb back in mouth.

Feels safe.

Hardly facts. Hatfield was a proven shyster who preyed on ignorant people, not much unlike yourself.

A link to an episode of the Dollop podcast that covers Hatfield. It is full of small words and simple explanations. You should check it out.

Drought turned to deadly flood, killing 20.

30 inches of rain that started just after the completion of his tower.

Levels of precipitation that have never been seen since.

He was knocked out of business by the depression and the fact he couldn't figure out how to only make it rain a little - when he did this it was always more than he bargained for.

He was likely a greasy guy, but also did know how to make it rain.

In any case, HAARP is real and that tech is easily understood to alter weather.

No shame in putting your thumb in your mouth and feeling safe. This stuff isn't fun to come to terms with.

Dude, correlation=/= causation.

See the rain dances you choose to write off.

Why do you choose to write those off?

What about all the other times his efforts did nothing at all? Well, nothing but bilk piles of money from towns and poor people.

In January of 1916 it rained over 30 inches in San Diego
And can you link this? According to the weather data I've found San Diego recorded 7.56 inches that month.

Yeah, man.

From like an official source and everything.

Google: rain San Diego 1916 and it pops up in that official-truth window that they've developed.

I'm not sure why you're being a prick but whatever. What is the official source in this link? You linked a podcast of a guy discussing him. I posted the official record.
