Looks like I do - see above.
That link says there was 7.56 in San Diego and 57 up in the mountains. Where was the reservoir?

From Snopes article
quote:

Skeptics pointed out that the storm systems responsible for the flooding in San Diego County were actually quite vast, wreaking devastation throughout Southern California. A U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) report gives a sense of the scale:

The rains that swept southern California in mid-January 1916, converted the streams into torrents that overran their banks and devastated wide areas of the most fertile land of the State. The rains were heaviest and the floods most disastrous in San Diego County, but they were also very heavy in parts of Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Ventura counties, and they wrought widespread ruin throughout the region that extends southward from Santa Clara River to the Mexican boundary, and westward from the north-south ranges of San Bernadino and San Diego counties to the ocean

ETA:
quote:

The timing of Hatfield’s endeavor was a bit suspect, as well. The month of January is smack in the middle of San Diego’s normal rainy season. If you’re betting on rain, bet on January.

He keeps saying to research it but almost every link I find dismisses him as a fraud, and with compelling arguments.

That's pathetically disingenuous considering what was just said prior to you making that post.

First rule of alt-info, you're not going to find mainstream sources confirm things.

That's kind of like the entire point.

Research on these matters is about acquiring info, and using the iPhone Infinity that's inside you.

UPDATE: The 20 foot tower was 60 miles outside of San Diego, in the mountain region near the Morena Reservoir

I literally copied and pasted from your link

ETA the entire section
quote:

Widespread heavy rains in Southern
California. 8.5” fell during this period
in San Bernardino. 16.71” in 24 hours
at Squirrel Inn (near Lake Arrowhead)
during 1.16 and 1.17, a record 24 hour
rainfall for California until 1943.
12.73” fell in the Morena
neighborhood of San Diego from
1.10-1.13. More than 9” fell in two
storms in the Coachella Valley.
Previous storms had deposited deep
snow in the mountains, adding to the
runoff. Heavy rain exacerbates the flooding
earlier in the month. Monthly rainfall
totals for 1.1916 ranged from 7.56” at
San Diego to 57.91” at Dorman’s
Ranch (in San Bernardino Mtns.,
2,500’ elev.) 5” fell in less than 12
hours in San Diego.

Tower was in the area that rained a massive amount, which was strategically planned to provide water for San Diego.

Unfortunately the experiment went too far and a deadly flood was the result.

You post the worst 'proof' ever. Do you even read your links?
quote:

Indeed, Hatfield likely profited from his keen knowledge of meteorology and close examination of weather records. Knowing when storm fronts were imminent, he could target cities in advance of the rain and claim success when moisture fell from the skies.

Do you understand the tech?

In his how own words he says he doesn't make it rain.

He attracts clouds, and in doing so manipulates more rain than would have otherwise fell.

It rained heavily just outside San Diego proper, where the cloud attracting tech was situated.

This is what I'm most interested in. Can you tell us his "23 chemicals" and how exactly those specific chemicals "attract clouds"

Well, where is the 30" claim officially registered? Where can we find it?
