1st amendment. Us anti maskers created a group. Free association.

In all seriousness, you don't think their is a legal issue with enforcing mask mandates on citizens? There's a reason states are enforcing it at the business level.

If you were trying to convey that YOU are a constitutional law student, you failed to do that, instead implying that you believe the "you" of your sentence is such a student.

And to your answer you, I don't rely on the Constitution for my right to walk around without a face covering.

Plus, I'm too good looking to wear a mask.

Once government officials allowed, encouraged and marched with unmasked rioters, there is no way in the world I will ever listen to any of their mandates to wear a mask. Never!

Seriously I am all in favor of expanding individual constitutional rights 90% of the time but I don’t see anything to work with here. Like my old professor used to say Your constitutional right to spread out and stretch your arm stops right when you touch your neighbors nose.

So....are you like a real live attorney? THATS SO FREAKING COOL. Can you show us your legal pad? Can I hold it? Tell us more about how awesome your law professor was. What was it like being "a constitutional law student"?

You douche

Probably, though I don't know how often state decency laws are challenged. It's not illegal for men or women to be topless in New York, for example; the latter as a result of a state Supreme Court ruling (though that was geared towards gender equality.)
