I have litigated the “arbitrary and capricious” clause more times than I can remember, and I may have very early won. The amount of deference the Courts give agencies is staggering. Even when they blatantly reject their own experts. If Trump would have faked it a little better and keep his mouth shut most all of his bullshite legislation would have been fine. (Not bs on the topics but bs for the reasons.)

To say that someone is personally responsible for someone else getting covid is insane. This is the only non sti-virus in history where someone is blamed for others getting sick. Sweden never had a lockdown and has had a total of 5420 deaths. If you have diabetes or heart disease that increases your risk than YOU need to wear an n95 and you need to lose some weight. This virus has .1% or .2% CFR if you are under 65 and don't have either of diseases. Asymptomatic covid carriers are extremely unlikely to spread it anyways.
