i think it said the migration came from there, which is a no shite. again, this is why the ruling class of ancient Egyptians were brown-skinned for much of its history (there are periods of Nubian conquest b/c Egypt is old as fricking frick)

The idea you and the other poster are proposing goes against the science of what defines a species. One of which being the biological species concept, as all humans can interbreed and produce viable offspring.
It would imply that the "races" (could be called subspecies, but we know that can't happen for obvious reasons) don't share singular common ancestor. It would make Homo sapiens inappropriate nomenclature to cover all modern humans. It would potentially make for a paraphyletic tree rather than a monophyletic.
