I agree, but I still think most of the people we see causing these problems just end up in prison after trying to make it by selling drugs and robbing people rather than showing up to stock groceries at Walmart or something.

I’ve had to break up a whole bunch of student fights in my career. Black females are easily the worst to deal with. “Blind rage” is a perfect description of their behavior.

There is but one cure: get every last one of those able bodied adults off of the taxpayer tit in every conceivable way, punish them for not having a nuclear household, and reward all of us who do with extreme prejudice.
We've thrown trillions (literally) of dollars at this problem culture via reparations, welfare, healthcare, schools, food, affirmative action, and every other conceivable taxpayer funded metric down to free cell phones: More money won't solve problem.
This type of culture must be ruthlessly punished, monetarily speaking, by the citizenry. Make them work and either make them pay dearly or get paid dearly to hold down a contributing nuclear household. It's not a cure-all, but there's far less time for this type of rampant insidious bullshite to go down on a random Tuesday at 2PM at a public park.
