We always harp on illegal immigrants. Why can’t we discuss exiling the stupids?

I have jokingly proposed to friends a program where an illegal can stay if they 1) have a legitimate job or at least a skill and 2) kidnap a freeloader welfare queen and transport them across the border to Mexico. Call it the trading places initiative.

Someone posted this idea on here a while back and I’ve always kinda liked it. Not deportation but an interesting proposal (that would never happen)
Institute a nationwide intelligence test. If you fall below a certain threshold you can submit for a one time government payment to sterilize yourself.
No kids, one time payment (that most would take) and the more intelligent portion of our populace would be the ones having kids

That threshold would be about 83. That's the iq score the US Army settled on for soldiers. I served with some that probably just made the cut off and they were almost all dangerous to themselves and others.
