Ways to get out of a lease with a roommate

So I’m living with his guy that i was buddies with for a while leading up to us getting a place. Dude has turned into a complete dick since moving in though and I’ve about reached my limit. His bitch of a gf is always over and he’s given her a key without talking to me. He’s gotten a dog without asking (against the lease) and expects me to take care of him when he’s not here even though I’ve told him to frick off. On top of other smaller things that have just started to pile up. Our lease is until June but I don’t think I’ll make it to then without killing the dude. Would I have any good way to get out of this before then? Reading I’ve fit it seems like I’m pretty well locked in until the end but wasn’t sure if there’s usually some loophole or something.
