A mother is facing charges after police said she was caught riding around town with her children, ages 3 and 5, in the trunk of a red Corvette.
Jessica M. Reger, 29, of Hanover, Pennsylvania is charged with two counts each of endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment, according to charging papers filed by borough police. Police said they received a call from someone who saw the children in the trunk on the night of July 10. The caller gave the license plate number and said the Corvette was traveling on West Middle Street.
An officer caught up with the Corvette and found the children in the trunk. Reger was placed in the York County Prison on $2,500 bail.
That's a hard 29.

my brother used to drive around town with my kids in the back of his avalanche under the plastic cover.
