Watching a cartoon on Cartoon Network with my Nephew

My brother brought the kids down for a week to stay with me... having a blast
But, everybody turned in for the night but my 13 year old nephew wanted to stay up watching tv.. so I stayed up watching the tube with him.
Gave him the remote so he turned it onto the Cartoon Network in cable
I have never really watched that channel.
It was a fricking cartoon and the mom walked in and caught the cartoon son jerking off in the kitchen
WTF??
I’m as perverted as frick in my age but for frick’s sake on the Cartoon Network for kids to watch?
WTF is this world turning into?
Teaching little kids how to jerkoff through a cartoon?
I’m kind of disgust led a horrified by this that they are showing this shite on the Cartoon Network owned by CNN
