I too had my own TV and cable box in my bedroom at 13 with no restrictions and unlimited HBO/Showtime and Skinamax.......I mean Cinamax.

I am going to take a wild guess that Time Warner putting on adult cartoons at night mostly watched by college aged people is at the very bottom of the stack of reasons we have a welfare state.
