Watched a few episodes of My 600lb Life

Holy crap, these fatasses are pathetic.
Sitting there saying they will do anything to be able to walk with their kids to the park or saying their body is a prison... meanwhile they're eating continuously, 5000 calories a day at least. Stop fricking eating you piece of shite.
Then complain after surgery about pain trying to get out of exercising.
frick these shitty people. Let them eat themselves to death.
Every one of them goes to see Dr. Noz and he tells them to lose 50 lbs or so before surgery, and every one of them gains weight.
They're annoying and sorry as frick.
Watching Pauline's story now and I'm hoping for a blood clot. This fat, lazy bitch can't even walk 3 steps without crying and moaning. I have zero sympathy for people like this.

Once in a while it works for one of them. Occasionally someone dies before the surgery. Pretty often it seems like they're gaming the show for publicity or whatever they're getting paid.

Boogie2988 was flirting with 600 before he finally took charge. Lost some weight before his surgery a little over a year ago and is down to 360 now. He’s pretty open about his struggles on his YouTube channel.
I don’t think many people can get to 600+ by just being lazy; there has to be some psychological issues.

I don't understand it. They can't walk, or even get out of bed. Many of them haven't been outside in years.
Quit bringing them food! Their families sit around bitching. They need to put them on a strict diet and refuse to bring them anything else.

The straight-talking doctor in his accent: “The last time you were here you weighed 687 lbs. Your current weight is 735 lbs. You are clearly not sticking to the diet!”
The lard arse: “BUT I AM DOCTOR! I’ve been working out every day in bed and eating everything you told me to. The scale must be broken!”
Patient’s mother/handler who feeds the elephant McDonald’s 4x per day: “It’s true. We’ve been doing everything you asked. I have no idea how he keeps putting on weight.”

The family members are almost just as sick as the patient. Literally all they have to do is bring in the prescribed amount of calories to the beached whale, sit it on the bed, walk out, shut the door behind them, and ignore the screams for more dessert and hamburgers.
