And while that’s true, it doesn’t apply to the crowd on the OT.

Imagine paying for something you can look at your phone for

Imagine being so completely trashy that you can’t answer that question for yourself.

Where can I see my step count?

For that price you can get a used Speedy. Put a Purple NATO strap on it and you're GTG
I think it's pretty clear the Rolex name is the priority at hand.

It’s worth what you’re willing to pay for it.
To me it’s worth $1000 at most. But I really don’t care about watches.

If K&B was still around and was a watch.

I could have a billion dollars and it’d never cross my mind to buy a Rolex.
Total waste of money. Feel bad for the suckers that wasted money so they could make up for lack of dick size

My wife matches her jewelry for LSU outings as well. You'll be real pretty wearing your purple bracelet. Although I'd have to go jewelry store slumming to find stuff down in the budget 3k range

Well good thing you don’t have to worry about ever being able to afford it in reality. No class trash.

For that price you could get a brand new Tudor.
Posted on 6/25/23 at 5:05 pm to IcantBelieveItsNotBu
I would wear it with a different band

The right ones are an appreciating asset, pretty much any Rolex will hold its value at worst. I don't recommend watches as an investment but it is nice to know you can offload them usually quickly and get your money back which can be said for too many consumer goods.

It’s very stupid to buy a watch for the strap that it’s on. Buy whatever watch you want and just swap the strap.

Precisely. My GMT Master would sell for 8-10k above MSRP right now. It’s damn near impossible to get a new one almost anywhere in the world without waiting a long time

Bad deal
It’s not 10:08

Hell no! The date isn't even close!!!

3k is on the cheap side for a stainless-steel oyster date-just: what is its mechanical condition, and/or is it’s history potentially less than legal?
