That owner is an idiot. Even if you hate the dude, pick your battles. Tell him the cook effed up and go make another one and make it awesome. He should be aware of who Dave is and how he likes it.
If mad, think you have a beef, sit back, put it in your pocket and save it. Then make it your new job to someday get him back somehow. That’s how you do it, not going head to head with the guy on video.
People need to stop and use their damn head and get emotions out of the way.

Yeah, he’s unwatchable, and honestly, pretty unlikeable too. Stands in the middle of the sidewalk giving a review on a pizza he doesn’t like because he doesn’t like parm, and it’s a pizza, and then complains about people walking into him in the middle of a sidewalk no less.
1 million subscribers huh? You know what I’ve learned about a lot of these reviewers with large subscribers and get all this fame? They’re usually just a turkey, and people like to be entertained with their big mouths popping off. It’s a show. It’s not a serious review, and they aren’t really serious people to begin with. They do this to get people to watch videos and make money, not be serious people. I get it, but it’s still not a big draw for me, and so I don’t really take them serious.

You are 100% correct.
I think Portnoy is a d-bag and find his "intensity" to be a bit annoying but he did nail it when he said the owner was a lib because that was probably the underlying cause of the owner's hysteria.
The owner wasn't thinking clearly but instead was clouded by blind hatred of everyone that opposes the Democrat regime.

Quit just making shite up.
Not once has he done this. Never. He always says “it’s ok, come on through.” He will even make comments about how busy an area is and that he feels like he is in the way. He will also talk to anyone that stops while he is shooting. In this video he literally lets people on the sidewalk try pizza from his box.

This isn’t true at all. You are clearly making this assumption after watching 1 video. He literally talks about how great a place is, will visit with their owners, and then gives his opinion on the pizza.

Personally, I can do with or without barstool. I don't listen t their podcast or anything, but I find some of their content entertaining. DP is a little douchey, but I don't hate the dude or anything.
It seems like this whole situation has drawn more business to a horrible named pizza joint "Dragon" and I am sure DP's next move will be to say "see, I even helped your place".
