Washington State murder suspect high tails it to Louisiana and tries to blend in

I think he would have made it but he over thought how best to blend in. His second mistake was not traveling a little further east over the 17th Street canal where he would have been safe from arrest.
"A suspect in the killing of a 17-year-old youth just outside of Tacoma, Washington, was arrested in Metairie on Tuesday afternoon.
Shawn Cooke, 21, was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service at an apartment in the 4500 block of Tabony Street, said Capt. Jason Rivarde, spokesman for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office."
"Cooke is accused of fatally shooting Wilson in the chest during a dispute over marijuana.
Investigators believe Cooke made his way to Metairie with help from family and friends, the Seattle paper reported."
