watch some jordan peterson videos about getting your value up. It's spring, get outside, excercise, join meetup groups to get exposure to people, or other hobbiest groups, church, volunteer. whatever you can reasonably enjoy that allows you to be around people so you take the edge off. you're too in your own head. do kegels for men if you have no stamina.
