Responsible for over 200 murders. She oversaw a reign of terror in Miami in the 1980’s. I don’t think I can think of a woman that lived that has approached her level of depravity.

The Countess of Bathory. I was reading some this past week that apparently there is some controversy about whether she really did what people claim. She was a rich and powerful aristocrat, and there were people who had motive to set her up and fabricate stories about her. So much of history is hearsay and conjecture. It's essentially one huge game of telephone. No one will ever know.
