Look into the BRAVE initiative. It was axed.

They do a lot more for the violent community than the residents do.

Police don’t prevent homicides, they write a report about the homicide after the fact.

Ok, I agree with his message but does he really say "The internet state system" at the 30second mark LINK when trying to say Interstate? Maybe I'm just hearing things. When combined with the typo on the sign its kind of pathetic. C'mon baw!
