I get the WD is desirable but no one is going to pay Cali prices for a condo in Nola. The $1,472 monthly HOA fee is sure to entice buyers as well.

I wouldn't live in that shite hole of a city for a $1,500 a month housing stipend, much less pay that for an HOA
