Wal-mart sucks. Schwegmanns, Winn-Dixie, Rouses, or gtfo.

Started it during Covid last year and now it’s a habit. So easy.

Placed an order last night for delivery today at 5. Got an email around 2 that said they canceled it. Went right back in and placed the order again using the free 2 hour delivery option that I had in my account. Was set to have it delivered at 6:30 tonight and it still hasn’t shown up.

So I just drove over here and told the dude to bring it out. Such a pain in the arse.

They need to get their shite together. Over 30 min wait right now on the 800 number just to talk to someone.

Didn’t go near the grocery side but I needed a few things from the makeup/face wash side and it was the same

Sunday has always been hit or miss for groceries at large popular stores.

There will be a few hiccups on our journey to Soviet era bread lines. Be patient. You will get used to shortages.

There was a bit of a mix up once at the neighborhood WM in Prairieville. None of the cold items were in my order and the girl had someone else's cold order with mine.

She took a pic of my e-receipt and went pick out the items and brought them to me. She was very professional and kept apologizing that they didn't have 2 other people show up and she was trying to run all the orders.

I gave the "experience" a 1 star rating with comments. In less than 2 hours, an associate called from her private number asking for an explanation. I told her it was the lack of staffing, not the effort from the 1 person working the pickup.

Yeah but WM also has like 20 self checkout lanes open, including some with a belt for larger orders. Walmart has never been so convenient.

Albertsons grocery pick up is 100x better.

They call or text me if they have any issues or questions. I can tell them exactly what I want if they need to sub something.

Every Order is individualized.

For pick up-Pull up, call, am out of there in 5 min.

Went to wal mart in elmwood a couple hours ago and half the list wasn’t in stock. Don’t know if it is supply chain or labor issues but there were definitely some bare shelves

I went to the one on Veterans in Kenbra, it was a zoo. I had some time to kill while the pet was at the vet. Only one side was open and it was almost like a hurricane is near atmosphere, but I guess some of that was back to school traffic. The garden center exit was open and the line to check out there was a sight to see.

I will take my down the bayou Walmarks any day than going to that zoo.

Fun fact the Walmark in Harahan at one time was one of the largest ones ever constructed.

It’s been a shite show at my local wal mart since they started accepting EBT for grocery pickup.

WalMart home delivery has been life changing…just one extra thing to not have to get out of the house and do for the weekends. The cost ($99
for the year I think?) and the tip for the driver equals out with the time/gas saved and the Walmart prices being cheaper anyway

Plus it’s so easy to “shop” on the phone and see all the available options. Have had a few substitutes/missing items but not enough to be noticeable or inconvenience

I just go to HEB one night if I want specific produce or meat or something Walmart didn’t have

If you’re in Houston, you should be ordering from HEB. They’re far superior to Walmart.

I take my sister grocery shopping every Thursday to Wal Mart as she had a mini stroke and cannot drive anymore.

The workers seem busy pushing those carts around filling orders or old ladies shopping in groups.

I have noticed sometimes the shelves are low on certain products and that on a Thursday morning. I hate to see their out of stocks on a weekend.
