Use it probably twice a week and never have any issues accept the occasional item substituted. Always show up at the time they are supposed to. Honestly it’s been great.
This has been in the last 7-10 days. Both in Jefferson Parish and St. Bernard Parish.
Before that, it worked great.

Imagine if Walmart were the only grocer in town after having put all the little guys out of business
I don't have to imagine.

I Quit using walmart pickup. I waited 45 minutes last time and still didn't get my order so I left.
Switched to Kroger pickup. In/out in 5 minutes.

A few months ago I tried to order some groceries for pickup and they said they were completely out of Roma tomatoes. Drove down to the place and there were 2 big displays with hundreds of Roma tomatoes in them.
Moral of the story: frick Walmart.

Do you not have legs? Are you fat? Or just lazy? You’re buying stuff from the store but won’t walk in. AMERICA.
I'll order my groceries early in the morning and set to pick up when I would pass the store on my way home. After driving and hour to work, being at work for 9 hours, then driving an hour home, I really, really don't want to go inside and walk around for an hour to pick up the stuff they can roll out to my truck.
It's called convenience.

I don’t disagree but he’s bitching about low-end workers not being there on time. He could easily walk in and grab the shite.
And I’m sorry you drive an hour to work. That’s rough.

Sorry bro, I've been banging the regional logistics manager...I got a few more fricks to give her
I hate to tell you this, but the regional logistics manager is a trans female.
Enjoy your own personal crying game.

I really only buy bananas & chicken breasts for my dog from WalMart
Does your dog eat the bananas separately or with the chicken breast?

Same at my local wal mart. A lot of empty shelves on the grocery side

We had a Walmart right outside our neighborhood growing up before the Super Walmart era, so it had some nostalgia for me.
I walk into them now and they need to overhaul the aesthetic bad. It's depressing and cheap looking. Maybe that's the point but damn, it's had the same design for 20 years.

Probably Covid. It happened at our local store a few months ago. A bunch of the workers went to a party together, and then they found out someone at the party had Covid. Walmart made everyone who was at the party quarantine, and then several of them ended up catching Covid. The store then had very few people left to pick orders and dispense them, so they lowered their daily cap on orders and started canceling all express orders. I had to start doing my own shopping again when that happened. Damn Covid.

That makes sense but I go to two different rouses, an IGA store, and my local Walmart to buy my groceries. I have been noticing some bare and semi-bare shelves at all three. The stockers are putting in overtime to keep the product on the shelves to the front. A lot of things are just one or two items then empty behind them.
Down here it’s gonna be a cluster frick if we get a storm. Not much at the store then add the panic buying before a storm and you will have a cluster frick to put it mildly.

Consider paying the $100 a year and do Walmart+ delivery. It is amazing. If I place the order early in the morning I can get it the same day, usually around 8pm. Normally I place the order in the evening and set delivery for when I arrive home from work or Friday evening for a Saturday morning delivery. I love it.

I have the delivery also. Well worth it.

I had issue with a substitute. Ordered Nuetella and they were depleted so they gave me great value instead

You can select no substitutions at checkout.
