Wales: dog walker garroted by her two dogs' leashes around her neck

Apparent cause of death: walking two very strong dogs. Found on the ground by a young girl (not that it matters, but wish a time machine could show us how this affects the girl's future).
Dog's breed not mentioned, but she had a website praising Staffies.

Definitely sounds like either foul play or something medical happened then the dogs kept circling while she was down. That or one of those million ways to die episodes

Garroting was a method of execution used in Spain (I'm sure others used it at some point also). The condemned was restrained in a chair and an iron collar was tightened around their throat.
