Surely his dad had to have known he was mental.

Dad was probably slightly mental too, but not as bad as his son. It tends to run in families.

Who gets to have that feeling?

He also was arrested for screaming Taylor swift was stalking him in public
Whoa Hoss.

He’s fixing to HOPE the police catch him first.

He’s working my side of the street now.

So is dude just batshit, or he does he have sort of agenda?

He clearly sounded like a paranoid schizophrenic. He went to the White House and demanded to meet with Trump, he thought Taylor Swift was stalking him and he believed his family and the police were involved, he went to some place and jumped into a pool wearing a pink lady's housecoat (he allegedly had the AR-15 rifle with him at some point during that incident too). He should have been in a mental hospital.

He's clearly commitable, but the gun did it. It's quite a conundrum.

Define “slightest”.
Define anger-management issue”
Define “something else going on”

Every person I work with gets frustrated/angry/pissed off at some point in the day, whether it’s personal or work related. What “slightest anger management or other issue” should I look for to determine if we should violate their civil rights?
