That said, the root of this problem is the existence of these MCs.

They do great charity work for the community, I'm told.

Again...you are using facts not in evidence to blame anyone other than the losers playing dress up while armed. It's not the cops fault that a bunch of grown men acting like fratstars (likely because they never went to college) decided to shoot eachother over someone wearing the wrong colored vest.

Perhaps you guys shouldn't care about what other men wear.

What I’m saying is in evidence. The records were turned over to the defense during discovery. And I’m not defending those who started this shite show, I’m hoping they’re prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. My whole point in all this though is over a hundred totally innocent people were swept up in all this, charged with capital felonies, and had their lives virtually ruined by an overzealous, corrupt, and dishonest DA. And then there’s also the matter of numerious innocent bystanders shot dead by both Cossacks and the Cops during the shootout.

Documents received in discovery does not equal document in evidence. And even if the docs were proffered, it does not verify the voracity of what they say. Again...the indictments have been filed and are part of the record. Are those allegations true?

Should result in complete financial destruction of both "clubs" via civil suits.

Th cops set the whole thing up. It was no accident that they were all staged and set up in what was essentially defensive position all around Twin Peaks. The cops infiltrated the Cossacks MC and sent them in to the COC meeting to instigate the fight. The whole thing was a set up targeting the Bandidos and it got out of hand.

Unless the cops made false recordings and records of them infiltrating and orchestrating the actions of the Cossacks, the records are true. It’s the cops own records and recordings that show them working with the Cossacks.

Two clubs were involved, the Cossacks (under the control of the cops) and the Bandidos. The Bandidos were at Twin Peaks minding their own business when the Cossacks came up and attacked them unprovoked, including opening fire on the Bandidos. The Bandidos were forced to defend themselves. The sole guilt of what happened at Twin Peaks lays with the Cossacks and by extension the cops since it was they who orchestrated the whole thing.

I love going through this thread and looking at all the posts downvoted by Darth.

I'd say it's sad behavior from a grown man, but this IS a man who wears costumes and rides around on bikes with his friends. So while it is sad, it's not a low point for him.

And lets not forget the whole fight at Twin Peaks started because one Boy Scout Troop was wearing the same colors as the Weblows and they dont like when that happens

It wasn't a case of first or second. There was only one shot.

Han shot, Greedo died. The end.

Having undercover officers infiltrate a violent gang does not mean that all of the accusations you made about police misconduct are true. You seem to be struggling with the basics of laying a foundation and with what is considered compelling eveidence. Nothing you have posted is compelling. It's not really surprising or influential even. It's just you reaching the conclusions you want to reach, even without the evidence following you to that conclusion.

I have no idea. What I do know is that as far as the context of this case, at the time of the Twin Peaks fight, they were doing nothing illegal.

But they have to have those weapons to protect themselves from the big bad police! It's a clear case of self defense.

This may be your issue. You think considering the rules of evidence is hiding your head in a "hole". Perhaps you should educate yourself a little more before starting threads like this. Your ignorance of the rules doesn't negate them. It just makes you ignorant.
