This may be your issue. You think considering the rules of evidence is hiding your head in a "hole". Perhaps you should educate yourself a little more before starting threads like this. Your ignorance of the rules doesn't negate them. It just makes you ignorant

Again, it’s the cops own records showing they were working with the Cossacks and sent them in that day. What part of this are you not understanding you fricking idiot?

IF completely true, and it remains to be proven your allegations are true...where is the misconduct in the police being undercover and sending the Cossacks to a bar? Are you saying biker gangs are so easily manipulated and stupid that simply being put into a chain restaraunt is police misconduct that would reasonably lead to a gunfight?

Do you realize what you are saying about biker gangs if what you allege happened, happened? If what you are saying is true, biker gangs are clearly a threat to society. And the memebers are easily manipulated dimwits. Is this what you want to go with?

The police "sent them in" or they sent them in with orders to shoot people?

So if you’re out somewhere and a group of guys surrounded you and your friends, including shooting at you, you’re going to just lay down and accept that you’re about to die without defending yourself?

they have to have those weapons to protect themselves from the big bad police! It's a clear case of self defense.

I use to tend bar at an ice house that bikers would hit up from time to time, they were miserable customers. Always blasting their cars so no one around can hear themelaves think, fight all the time, and we’re worst tippers.

I'm sure you are a nice guy IRL and you post some funny stuff that I enjoy reading. ...

That said, even if what you are saying is true it still doesn't justify shooting someone.

How about don't go there in the first place? That would have been my advice

I think Cossacks was a pawn. The only MC with enough smarts to do a deal like this is SAMCRO. Take out a few Mayans in the process, win-win.

The Cossacks reached out to form alliances but learned that there may be far-reaching ramifications for the club.

Thank you.

I never tried justifying anyone shooting anyone other than those who were forced to defend themselves. If I were confronted with someone trying to shoot me, do I not have the right to defend myself?

What was going on that day was a normal COC meeting. These meetings are held across the country all the time in virtually every state. I’ve attended several and have even been a host when a COC meeting was held at my clubhouse. These meetings are peaceful events. Were it not for the Cossacks coming in and starting a fight and opening fire, none of this would have happened. They, the Cossacks are solely to blame for what happened at Twin Peaks. They came in and attacked unprovoked. And by extension, the cops who were directing the Cossacks are likewise to blame for what happened.

But after the fight, the real injustice took place when the cops rounded up all bikers, even innocent bystanders who were not involved in any way to the fight nor took part on the fight, and arrested and charged them all with serious felony charges. The fact that the local Waco DA who brought these absurd charges has been forced to recuse himself from the case and we now see these cases being thrown out shows how messed up the whole situation has been from the start. Innocent People lost their livelihood, homes, some even lost custody of their kids due to these blatantly false charges. The blatant abuse of the justice system against innocent citizens of this country should insense any American who claims to beleive in equal justice under the law. Either we are a free people and all are equal under the law or we’re no better than a two bit banana republic.

Everything that transpired after was a case of the cops covering their arse by arresting everyone there irregardless if they did anything or not.

This is the heart of the problem. Then they come on here and brag about causing some of them to lose their jobs. Crooked LEO can go frick themselves.

No you haven't.

Because attempted murder is not what you're ready to tackle at this stage in your young life.

Gotta agree with Darth on this one. If what he alleges is true, the DA has some explaining to do.

I get the reason why you are pushing this narrative, but I know you don't honestly believe this.
