Looks like after two long years, Justice is finally being restored. First the corrupt DA had to recuse his entire office while special prosecutors were brought in. The result is case after case is now being dismissed.

.
Special prosecutor dismisses Hewitt biker’s Twin Peaks case

'Twin Peaks dam' breaking with dismissal of 13 cases, biker's lawyer says

DA to seek to dismiss charges against more than 20 Twin Peaks bikers

ETA: all the petty downvotes from butthurt yuppies are like sweet tears for me to enjoy.

Imagine: if these gangs hadn't shot up a twin peaks in the first place, there would be no charges at all.

Kudos to the DA and special prosecutor for trying

The alternative was to let criminality go unpunished, and allow menacing scum to continue to overrun our communities

When a man can't have some wings and look at boobs on a Sunday without foul trash having a shootout outside, something has to be done

Great, more bikers back out on the streets. I'm sure you'll come back and tell us when they kill again.

Th cops set the whole thing up. It was no accident that they were all staged and set up in what was essentially defensive position all around Twin Peaks. The cops infiltrated the Cossacks MC and sent them in to the COC meeting to instigate the fight. The whole thing was a set up targeting the Bandidos and it got out of hand.

If bikers are allowed to kill each other with no repercussions, we should be allowed to run y’all off the road at least

God invented cars to be driven on 4 wheels

Motorcycles are an abomination from the devil

Maybe yall just need Jesus

Or training wheels, that could count as 4 wheels

Good. Let the bikers go. This was another case of overzealous cager law enforcement infringing on the rights of honest motorcycle enthusiasts

I think Cossacks was a pawn. The only MC with enough smarts to do a deal like this is SAMCRO. Take out a few Mayans in the process, win-win.

Then read this....

quote:

All that bitter history came crashing down on Wednesday during a conference in the Judge’s chambers of the 54th Criminal District Court when the Honorable Matt Johnson made a decision that rocked and shocked the law enforcement and biker communities. A certain tape recording made by Detective Jeff Rogers, the police gang unit specialist investigator came to the defense in a massive data dump just as the state rested in the case of Bandido Jake Carrizal – arrested at Twin Peaks Restaurant on Sunday, May 17, 2015, when a crowd of rival club members rat packed him and a much smaller contingent of the venerable club’s representatives as they arrived at a Confederation of Clubs and Independents meeting around noon. The tape is undocumented as to who is talking – a trio including Rogers, undated or the time and place noted, and the names of the two informants omitted. Defense attorneys working the case have long held that the operation put on the the State Department of Public Safety, a number of local police departments, the Federal government and the Waco Police had too many moving parts, was too precisely planned and executed in all its elements for there to have been no coordination between all these agencies and the members of the aggressor organizations, the Cossacks Motorcycle Club and its support clubs. Reading a motion to disclose the identities of undercover operatives and confidential informants authored by Dallas attorney F. Clinton Broden is a study in the conundrum. Behold, this filing Broden made many months ago: “It appears that law enforcement officials infiltrated and/or had confidential informants inside the Cossacks Motorcycle Club prior to the incident at Twin Peaks. First DPS reports indicated Waco Police Detective Jeff Rogers was receiving information from a ‘source of information’ regarding the Confederation of Clubs meeting at Twin Peaks and that the Cossacks planned to attend.” The attachments to the motion reveal a high degree of collusion between the DPS and federal prosecutors working a racketeering case against the former President of Bandidos U.S.A. Jeffrey Pike of The Woodlands near Conroe, and John Portillo, former Vice President of the national club, who lives at San Antonio.

LINK

So yes, the whole Twin Peaks shootout was set up by the cops themselves. They infiltrated the Cossacks and then sent them in to start the whole thing.
