But clearly not entrapment... as the shite bags have shown a propensity to the exact behavior that occurred.

So if you’re out somewhere and a group of guys surrounded you and your friends, including shooting at you, you’re going to just lay down and accept that you’re about to die without defending yourself?

t seemed to me from the very beginning that this would happen, Darth. Something about the whole incident seemed like the LE and Prosecutor teams were not as competent and professional as they needed to be.

That’s what this all boils down to. The cops had infiltrated the Cossacks and were using them as patsies to try and take down the Bandidos. They figured they’d go in and start a brawl that could be used against the Bandidos. Only problem was the Cossacks decided to open fire and then all hell broke loose and the situation spiraled out of control. Everything that transpired after was a case of the cops covering their arse by arresting everyone there irregardless if they did anything or not.

The cops admitted to ordering one "club" to perform a gangland shooting on another?

Even if they were coordinating with the cops, the cops didn't tell them to start a shootout

That just provides good insight into the level of geniuses we're dealing with.

They're helping the cops set up a rival MC but get sidetracked and decide to just shoot at them instead

An allegation in a pleading is not a finding of fact. Lawyers put all sorts of stuff in court documents. The indictments, for instance, are court documents. Are you saying the allegations in the indictments are true...you know...since it's a court document?

If you want to play dress up and ride bikes with your friends...have at it. Just try not to shoot people while you do.

Go read the court documents. There’s recordings and records of how the cops had infiltrated the Cossacks and were using them as patsies to entrap and build a case against the Bandidos. The cops had orchestrated numerious confrontations between the Cossacks and Bandidos even before Twin Peaks. They set up a perimeter around Twin Peaks, even setting up snipers, then sent the Cossacks in to start the fight, which they did. Only problem was the dumbass Cossacks started shooting and that’s when shite got sideways.

Do you remember the good ol days, Darth? When you were committed enough to your biker larp that you were in a dress-up gang?

The whole thing was a colossal frick up. This sort of “operation” should never have been attempted by the cops in such a public place. If they wanted to take down the Bandidos there’s plenty of ways to do it without doing it a lunchtime on a Sunday in the middle of a huge shopping center full of people.

Again...you are using facts not in evidence to blame anyone other than the losers playing dress up while armed. It's not the cops fault that a bunch of grown men acting like fratstars (likely because they never went to college) decided to shoot eachother over someone wearing the wrong colored vest.

Perhaps you guys shouldn't care about what other men wear.

In criminal law, entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent induces a person to commit a criminal offence that the person would have otherwise been unlikely or unwilling to commit.

Your knuckles don't look like that cause you've been hitting the law books.

You're right of course

That said, the root of this problem is the existence of these MCs.
