but everyone needs to realize it didn't have to be this way. We all collectively laid down with our comfortable lives and let the government, who serves the people (us) take away our rights and lecture down to us from an ivory tower. We made ourselves ignorant through apathy and let a corrupt, festering entity grow out of control. Perhaps on the next cycle, once all this nasty business of government overreach is brought to an end; we can learn to not be so apathetic and stomp out this crap before it ever gets off the launch pad.
