WA liquor agents followed/confronted after notifying bar of COVID violation
quote:

On Tuesday afternoon, two of the four officers who went to Koko’s Bartini stayed in the parking lot and two others went to the door. Although it was locked, they could see people inside, Smith said.

Workers would not let the officers inside, but an employee opened the back door and signed for the notice of violation, Smith said.

Bar owner Dana Slovak told the Herald he was not there, but talked on the phone with an agent and told him they needed a warrant to enter the business.

The officers did not try to enter the business again, but a warrant is not needed for an officer to enter a public place, including bars and restaurants, Smith said.

“We are trying not to escalate because people are confrontational,” he told Herald. “We don’t want this to turn into a bigger situation than it is.”

As officers returned to their cars, three cars “rushed” into the parking lot, Smith said.

The officers drove away, heading to a nearby location where they planned to debrief, but were followed by several cars, he said.

Good. Violence is the only thing the state understands. Throw a few of their dead bodies through the window of the governor's mansion and they might start backing off on these unconstitutional and draconian restrictions.

It’s not public if it’s locked, is it?

Are there bars that are run by the government? Otherwise these places are private establishments.

The worst part is the police being used as pawns by the global elite. Foot soldiers that they could care less about.

Good cops are the ones who let citizens go unless they’re a treat to someone.

Even worse, it was probably some pansy lib who called the cops on the gathering.

Just gonna say... You start following law enforcement home and fricking with them there, it is NOT going to end well for you.

The merest suggestion, the tiniest indication of belligerence is a guaranteed trip to the butt frick house.

Liberal or conservative, the state attorney will frick up your world, if you frick with the enforcement arm of the government.

It would be better if the person who signed wasn't an employee.

Then the bar owner claims that he had no idea and the people in the bar were breaking and entering.

Oh you mean the liberals that have been rioting, burning cities, and fricking with the enforcement arm of the government for months. Try again.

I have a feeling that business owners fighting back won’t get the same leniency as the hordes of retarded rioting liberals have been getting
