Was this off Evangeline? Near Brookstown? (Am I remembering the name correctly?)

Was Pence being in town the reason BR traffic was more fricked up than a lab rat this afternoon?

McClelland at Evangeline.
Still there I think.

Yeah near Brookstown. It's definitely in the hood but used to be pretty good although I haven't had it in 10+ years

It still does and has the best cheeseburger in town by a long shot. Had both last week.
But too many democrats in that area for Pence to have a good photo op.

I think he was talking about Dixie Maid. Dearmans definitely isn't in the hood.

Oh yes. I thought you meant Dixie Maid.
The Dearman’s sold it about a dozen years ago and the guy that bought it got rid of the drugstore and kept the soda fountain and added tables. Then it burned down and it took him several years to rebuild. And it’s not near as good as way back then. We had an account there and I grew up eating at that soda fountain.

Cousins used to live in Jefferson Place, next to Bocage. Dearmans was a must stop while visiting and going to ball games. Then while at LSU.

Pence is eating a turkey sandwich on AF2 on his way to Killeen. They choose dearmans for a photo op, not for the food, chosen because of security, ingress, egress , locally owned, etc. he will then speak at a fundraiser at a residence in CCLA, they will have plenty of food but he won’t have time to eat,

Thats second time I’ve seen you refer to having a wife.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but which one you is the butch and which one is the lipstick?
