Visited my first meth lab today

My newest hobby is woodworking (I suck at it BTW). Today, some guy posted on FB marketplace some nice pecky cypress boards. He was looking for $200+ (About $12 a board). I contact him, I ask him what’s the least he would take for it, he says $200. I tell him $80 is the best I can do, he takes it. He lives in a SCARY arse place out in St Amant. I call a couple friends to see if they could go with me, but of course they are tied up with family.
So I head down there with my trusty CC .380. I pull up among three trailers, not even mobile homes, but run down camper trailers like you see in Nye County, on LivePD.
There was three really nice pecky boards in the pictures that he sent me, that weren’t there when I got there. I ask about them, he plays stupid, so I show him the picture he sent me. He says,”Oh yeah, they are back here.” He moved them behind the “shed”. We load my truck and he had said he would take PayPal. I pay him and his PayPal acct puts a hold on the money. This whole time, another guy couldn’t stand still, walking around, circling behind me, etc. I finally just stand with my back to my truck while keeping my eye on them. The first guy finally says his PP acct won’t work, he needs cash. He refunds the payment, and I pay him cash, getting the frick out of there as quick as I could.
