I have pointed that out before to other adults and i was actually surprised they didn’t understand that is what it looks like when someone is on meth.
Their reply was that maybe she is just special needs. I laughed. Some people live in a bubble their whole life and never see what’s going on in the world

She’s tweaked out of her mind or she has Parkinson’s and the medication that lets her be able to move is doing that. My uncle had Parkinson’s and looked like that from his meds but not as much facial movements.
I’ve also known that if the tweekers stay up forever and then do a shot of meth than this will happen but I’ve never seen it that bad

I don't see that as mentally disabled. Looks like the result of meth, IMO. I had a grocery delivery driver act exactly like this once. Very sad to see. I feel so bad for them.

I knew a person who did exactly that when they were sleep deprived, no drugs involved. It's very odd.
They had to go to a sleep specialist and after a few months of sleep therapy doesnt late night tweek anymore.
My sister in law was on meth, that girl in the vid looks too healthy to be on meth. Looks more like the behavior of the person I knew in college. Nearly identical. Could be wrong though.
