Ahhhh yes, the self diagnosed depression and PTSD. Similar to my self diagnosed ADHD and latex allergy.

I think there's more to it and more facts will come out soon. Right now all we can do is speculate.

Rarely, if ever do those who commit suicide NOT suffer from a mental illness. Know your facts before you spout gibberish based on your own experience

WHo is saying it was anyone else's fault that she killed herself? That's on her. I am just saying she talked about her own depression and that she likely had a mental illness perhaps depression (at least she speculated that she did). It is not an excuse or an assignment of blame on anyone. It just helps explain her suicide, at least partly.

If you want to see the reason that he pulled her over, you need to pay attention to the deceased's car at approximately 1:17-1:21 of that video. It explains why he started following her to begin with. She blew through a stop sign right in front of him. He then turns around and follows her. He pulls her over after she failed to signal the lane change (she wasn't in his way, he was following her). He only wrote the warning for the lane change and then she starts with the attitude and resists arrest (I wondering whether there were any grounds for a lawful arrest). The video starts at the end of a previous encounter with a driver who gave him not 'tude and got off with the same warning that the deceased had coming before she went full bitch.

I have been pulled over twice in the 8 months for no seatbelt, it irritated the heck out of me but I kept my cool and did as I was asked, was ticketed both times, and there was no incident.
Her actions and attitude caused this incident. She broke a traffic law, he had every right to pull her over. Had she shown a little respect she would have had her warning and been on with her day. Instead she wanted to show attitude and we see the end result.

I was pulled over years ago for the exact same infaction. Failure to signal. I had to swurve quickly to avoid an animal. The cop didn't see that aspect. I calmly explained what happened. Amazingly, I was polite to the cop and he gave me a warning and I was on my way.

She had claimed months before, online, that she suffered from depression and PTSD. Her family says she has been fine in the time leading up to this. In addition, her sister said she had never been diagnosed with either.
She was clearly changing lanes to get out of his way. Pulling her over was based in poultry feces. She even told him early in the proceeding that fact. She was not rude, just informative.
He did not initially inform her that he was issuing her with a warning ticket. She was ready to sign whatever he was presenting. Instead of handing it to her, he asked her if she was upset. She said she was. Asking her this was simply picking at a sore scab.
He went into full on dick mode here. He stopped all progress on signing the ticket and said, "Are you through?" She explained that she was simply answering his question. He seemed to have forgotten that he asked her.
He asked her to put her smoke out and she asked if she had to, in her own car. He decided right then that she was under arrest. Under Texas law, is she required to put her smoke out?
She was a bitch from then on and he was probably rougher with her than he had to be. She did not respect his aw thor uh tah and needed to be shown.There is another dash cam from the local LEO that caught a lot of the arrest but it has not been released yet.
There was also a guy shooting video, about 100 feet away. The cop told him a few times that he needed to go.
For those that asked, she was still in jail three days later because her family did not have $500 to get her out. They were working on it.
The jail said it was policy that they did not have trash bags in cells. It was also policy that they physically see each prisoner once an hour. Her last check was done by intercom. Her sister says she said she was fine on the phone that morning but may have a broken arm.
The civil suit will hinge on whether she should have been arrested or not. Many TX lawmakers are already saying she should have not been arrested. The Ranger is going to be fired and her family will settle out of court for an undisclosed sum.

Nope. Not at all. They are both to blame. If either had a cooler head she would not have been arrested. Suicide is on her.
