IIRC those frickboys are screwed, with or without the basement video.

prosecutors already have ample evidence that the hazing ritual "the gauntlet" took place

I posted a timeline a while back providing great details of everything that occurred.
The fraternity boys are already screwed.

I don't understand why frats with cameras inside the house are hazing people. There are plenty of actives houses to use

I assume it was a national fraternity requirement. They were a 'reform' chapter.

I guarantee it's whatever insurance company they had that demanded it just in case someone was killed and they could individually go after a guy instead of the fraternity.
